Best Cape Theatre of 2007
The Cape Cod Times has named Rabbit Hole Ensemble’s The Night of Nosferatu to its list of Best Cape Theatre of 2007. Emily travelled with Rabbit Hole to the Cape for a guest run at Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theatre, where the company performed for two and a half weeks in October. The publication called The Night of Nosferatu “a sterling example of what top-notch acting, tense direction, a creative script and low tech theatrical tricks can accomplish,” and also noted “Emily Hartford show[s] her versatility in the very different roles of Lucy, Morana and an innkeeper.” (The above photo is the view of Cape Cod Bay from W.H.A.T.’s Harbor Stage, taken by Emily one night before the show.)
